1. ACCEPTANCE
By creating an emsquad account, you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
2. THE SERVICE
emsquad is a fitness accountability application. It allows you to create squads, make weekly commitments, and track their completion. The service is provided as-is, without guarantee of continuous availability.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use emsquad. One account per person.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- →Harass or intimidate other members
- →Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- →Attempt to compromise the application's security
- →Create automated accounts (bots)
- →Share illegal or offensive content
5. FREE AND PREMIUM PLANS
The free plan includes a 30-day no-card trial that starts when the account is confirmed. During the trial, access is limited to 1 squad and does not include Strava. When the trial ends, core app features require Premium. Account, payment, help, and legal pages remain accessible. Premium (€9/month) gives access to unlimited squads, Strava, and Premium features. Prices may change with 30 days notice. The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
6. TERMINATION
You can delete your account from the Profile page. If you prefer to contact us, write to contact@emsquad.app. We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in violation of these terms.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
emsquad is a motivation tool. We are not responsible for athletic or health outcomes achieved or not achieved through the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
