1. WHO WE ARE

emsquad is a progressive web app (PWA) published by emsquad SAS. Contact: contact@emsquad.app

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect only:

→Your email address (for authentication)
→Your first name (for display in the squad)
→Your weekly commitments and check-ins
→Your squad membership(s)
→Your language preference

We do not collect location data, health data, or payment data.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used only to run emsquad: show your activity to your squad, calculate your streaks, send you notifications if you enable them. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. HOSTING AND PROCESSORS

Data is hosted on Supabase (AWS infrastructure, eu-west region). The app is deployed via Cloudflare (CDN). These processors are contractually required to protect your data.

5. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

→Access to your data (available in Profile → Export my data)
→Rectification of your data
→Deletion of your account and all your data
→Portability (JSON export in Profile)
→Objection to processing

6. COOKIES

emsquad uses only functional cookies (authentication session, language preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
